Thank them for reaching out and remind them what they replied to.
[Step 2 – Simple qualifying question]
Ask 1–2 short questions to understand their situation.
[Step 3 – Reflect & summarise]
Repeat back what you heard so they feel understood.
[Step 4 – Offer a path]
If they’re a fit, suggest one clear next step. If they’re not, share a helpful resource.
[Step 5 – Confirm & close loop]
Confirm the next step and handle any small objections or timing issues.

IF GOOD FIT:

IF NOT A FIT:

I don’t want to sell you something you don’t need.
