When Mailchimp is the better choice
Staying with or starting on Mailchimp makes sense if email is your main channel and you’re not ready to connect everything else yet.
- You only send simple newsletters. One list, one or two campaigns a month, no complex flows or segmentation.
- Your main channel is still email. You don’t need chatbots, blogs, social content or video tied into the same system.
- You already have a stack for everything else. You’re happy using separate tools for social, content and funnels.
- You need a familiar email UI. Your team already knows Mailchimp and changing tools would slow you down.
